CASPIAN TRADITION
Transforming a raw space into an exceptional venue
Braine-l’Alleud · 600 m² · Event Space · Identity & Experience
Transforming an entire 600 m² space to create a venue for private and corporate events, while developing an elegant and distinctive atmosphere that reflects the high-end positioning of Caspian Tradition.

THE STARTING POINT
Initially, a vast 600 m² space requiring complete renovation.
The ambition was to create a true event venue that could be hired for private or corporate functions, while also being used by Caspian Tradition for its own events and to showcase its products.
The project therefore started almost from a blank canvas, allowing the layout, uses and identity of the space to be entirely reimagined.
THE CHALLENGE
Create a strong identity without limiting the space to a single universe.
The venue needed to reflect Caspian Tradition’s high-end positioning while remaining versatile enough to host very different types of events and allow each organiser to make the space their own.
Across 600 m², it was also essential to maintain fluid circulation and create a warm atmosphere despite the scale of the space.
THE DESIGN APPROACH
Create an elegant setting that can adapt to different events.
A restrained palette combining neutral tones, dark wood and touches of gold gives the venue its distinctive character while providing enough flexibility for a variety of settings and event concepts.
Furniture, lighting and the treatment of volumes bring rhythm to the 600 m² space while maintaining the fluid circulation required for very different configurations.
CARRYING THE IDENTITY THROUGH TO THE DETAILS
Referencing the world of caviar without ever becoming too literal.
In the washrooms, the lighting subtly evokes caviar pearls, while the arrangement of circular mirrors echoes the tins in which caviar is traditionally presented.
These discreet references give the venue a distinctive identity without limiting its ability to accommodate other styles and settings.
WHAT THIS PROJECT ILLUSTRATES
A strong identity does not prevent a space from being versatile.
Interior architecture can give a space a distinctive signature while leaving enough freedom for it to accommodate different uses, events and atmospheres.
