Workplace Assessment

Do your workspaces still truly meet the needs of your business and your teams?

Before redesigning, it is essential to understand.
I analyse how your spaces actually function, how they are used, your teams’ needs and the potential of what already exists, in order to identify friction points and prioritise improvements.
The objective: identify your priorities for action and the true potential of your spaces.

When should you consider a workplace assessment?

Reorganization is not always the first answer.
When offices seem underutilized, teams complain about noise, or work patterns have changed, it is helpful to understand what is really going on before investing.
The diagnosis makes it possible to objectify the uses and to identify the real points of friction.

01. Your offices are underutilized
Some spaces remain empty while others are constantly in use. The diagnosis helps to understand why.

03. Your working methods have changed
Remote work, hybrid meetings and new ways of collaborating have transformed the needs of your teams.

02. Your teams lack comfort
Noise, lack of privacy, unsuitable lighting or spaces can affect well-being and concentration.

04. You are considering a redesign
Before investing, the diagnosis helps to identify priorities and to make the best use of the potential of existing assets.

What the diagnosis includes

A concrete analysis of your spaces and their uses to identify what works, what hinders your teams and where to act as a priority.

01. Space Analysis
Organization, circulation, light, acoustics, comfort and potential of the existing structure.

03. Identification of friction points
Noise, lack of privacy, concentration, collaboration, comfort or mismatch between spaces and needs.

02. Observation of usage
Actual use of spaces, work habits, under-used or over-used areas.

04. Recommendations & priorities
Concrete areas for improvement, prioritized according to their impact and the company's priorities.

The goal is not to transform everything, but to identify what truly deserves to be transformed.

How does the workplace assessment work?

01. Discuss
An initial conversation to understand your business, your teams, your challenges and what is raising questions today.

02. Observe & analyse
An on-site visit to compare your needs with actual use and analyse the spaces, circulation and working conditions.

03. Prioritise & recommend
A clear presentation of the findings and recommendations, highlighting the actions to prioritise before considering a redesign.

What you get

At the end of the assessment, you have a clear understanding of your spaces and the decisions to be made.

An objective overview
The strengths of your spaces, their shortcomings and their potential.

Concrete recommendations
Practical actions tailored to how your spaces are used, your teams’ well-being and environmental considerations.

Clearly identified priorities
What needs to be addressed immediately, improved or simply preserved.

A sound basis for decision-making
Redesign, adapt certain spaces… or sometimes change nothing at all.

Invest where it truly makes sense.

Are you questioning how well your workplace is working?

Let’s start by identifying what works… and what could evolve.
