GENESIS OF THE PROJECT
Passionate about well-being at work, I decided to question Marc Vossen, at the time director of NRJ Group, about what he put in place for the well-being of his employees.
This initiative quickly led to an inspiring discussion, revealing NRJ GROUP's expansion aspirations.
SYNCHRONICITY AND TIMELINESS
As Marc Vossen points out,

This timely meeting coincided with the launch of a call for tenders aimed at reinventing the existing premises. The mission was achieved, marking the start of an exciting project.
VISION AND ACHIEVEMENT
The ambition was twofold: to design a working environment that reflects the very essence of the NRJ, Nostalgie and Chérie FM stations, while creating a versatile central space, stimulating cohesion and interaction between employees.
The objective was not only to renovate a work space but to create a real living space, capable of hosting various events, from beach volleyball to staff gatherings, thus testifying to the versatility and vitality of the space.
